During my treasure hunt, I picked up a pallet.
I have seen so many useful ideas for pallets: beds, tables, outdoor furniture. Today, I decided to repurpose a pallet in to a book shelf.
I scraped off the dirt and flicked off the bugs.
I sanded down those pesky splinter-ready boards.
I stained the wood. One stroke at a time.
I drove the screws in to the separate pieces to make them in to one.
And just like that, the idea in my head became a reality.
So here's the deal. I am repurposed. We all are. See, God can have this wonderful vision of what we can be. Something beautiful that He wants to create to give a purpose. We just have to allow Him to scrape us, sand us down, stain us, and put the final pieces of us together. We have a purpose. A beautiful, meaningful purpose. We just have to be willing to be changed by the Almighty Craftsman.
